Shipping policy

At Energize, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your package is on the way.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by region. Delivery estimates and rates will be shown at checkout where available.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Trevor@ShopEnergize.com with your order number.

We’ll work quickly with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase. Energize is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
